I lead NATEK Group — a French family-owned technology and business services company headquartered in Warsaw, with close to 1,000 professionals across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria.

Founded in 2004, NATEK partners with leading international organisations to deliver IT services, managed services and technology talent — from software development, SAP and cloud to service desk and infrastructure. I joined as CEO in June 2026 to scale this great company up, with a clear priority: clients at the centre, people first, and an AI-native way of working.

Before NATEK, I spent 19 years at Comarch. I joined in 2007 as a presales consultant, became Business Unit Director in 2008 and Country Manager France in 2017, building the French organisation from scratch — go-to-market, sales and marketing, R&D, delivery and support — into a team of 200 people across France and Poland, serving retail, industry and healthcare. I served as Président of Comarch S.A.S. and Comarch R&D S.A.S., and as Vice President and Member of the Management Board of Comarch SA.

For nearly two decades I learned from a pioneer of the tech industry and an icon of European IT — the late Prof. Janusz Filipiak, founder of Comarch, who was my leader and mentor.

I started my career writing code, as a software engineer at Capgemini and Asseco. Since 2019 I have been a board member of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France, helping Polish companies grow in France — and French companies in Poland.
